Erin Becker, Chairperson

Erin Becker was born in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2009, she graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology. That same year she began working as a Probation Officer for Cuyahoga County Adult Probation, where she currently works supervising Felony Domestic Violence Offenders. From 2005 to 2007, Erin served as the Director of the Edna House. She now serves as the Chairperson of the Edna House Board of Directors. .

Debi Ortgies

debiIn addition to her personal commitment and experience helping women recover from alcoholism, Debi brings a wealth of knowledge from her extensive career in the healthcare and banking industries. From 2006 – 2012, Debi served as Executive Director of the Edna House where she played a critical role in developing the organization’s infrastructure, formulating the business processes and establishing compliance practices – all of which has contributed significantly to the organization’s phenomenal growth over the years. Currently she serves on the board of The Edna House. Debi is now a full-time student, pursuing her second Bachelor’s degree, with plans to return to the for-profit sector in the field of Information Technology. Debi, a native New Yorker, lives on the West side of Cleveland with her dog Asia, who has become a long-time friend and companion to hundreds of ladies at Edna House.

Nancy O’Donnell

nancy-odonnellNancy L. O’Donnell was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Cleveland in 1974 becoming the first female cameraperson in Ohio. She began her career at WKYC-TV, an NBC owned and operated station. Nancy has been sober and active in Alcoholics Anonymous since 1997 and serves on the board of the Edna House, as well as holding the position of Resident Advisor in 2005. Nancy has two grown children and raised her nephew. Her daughter resides in Georgia with her husband, an Air Force Firefighter, and her son currently lives in North Dakota with his family. Her nephew, a patent attorney, lives with his wife in New Jersey. In 2010, Nancy moved to Minot, North Dakota and is currently working as an Admissions Representative at Trinity Hospital in Minot.
