Born of the vision of four sober women, the mission of The Edna House is to give women an opportunity to recover from alcohol and drug addiction by providing a safe, sober place to live and to learn life skills in order to maintain 12-step based sobriety throughout their lifetime.

Since 2004 we've helped over 1500 women get on track towards achieving their sobriety, and with it, taking their lives back.
Beginning with an idea and a prayer, The Edna House itself has evolved several times yet our mission has stayed the same.
Since 2004, The Edna House has provided 7300 nights of safe, supportive housing.
Our smart & capable residents are always looking for local employment opportunities to help bolster their lives.
We are entirely sustained through donations from individuals and businsses in the communities we serve.
